Adv KA Tema’s practice is general civil litigation and criminal litigation; both at Magistrate Court, High Courts. He deals with litigation at the Labour Courts, Labour Appeal Courts, Supreme Court of Appeal up to Constitutional Court. He is involved in many seniors/high profile cases for Sasol, Eskom, CSIR, SAPS, Gambling Boards; and many municipalities in the NorthWest, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Gauteng Provinces.
