Biography

Advocate Kagiso Dulcie Magano is a member of the Tshwane Society of Advocates with over two decades of experience in Commercial law, Tax law, Administrative and Constitutional law, Labour law, and Customs and Excise.
Before joining the Bar in 2014, she practised as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer, and served at the South African Revenue Service, where she specialised in tax litigation, corporate tax and dispute resolution. At SARS, she represented the institution before the Tax Court, Tax Board and in ADR proceedings, chaired committees, and provided strategic legal opinions on governance and compliance.
She currently serves as Chairperson of the Tax Board and as a panel member of the Financial Services Tribunal.
