Biography

Kamogelo Maputla is a polymath in private practice who possesses an LLB Degree from the University of Limpopo. His practice of law includes amongst other alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms (i.e. Negotiation, Mediation & Arbitration), Aviation Law, Administrative & Constitutional Law¹, Corporate and Commercial Law, Competition Law², International Law, Immigration & Refugee Law, Insolvency & Liquidations, Labour Law, Municipal & Regulatory Law, Military Law and Property Law³.
Kamogelo Maputla is an admitted Advocate of the High Courts of South Africa and an Accredited International Mediator where he obtained this qualification through the Society of Mediators 218 Strand: London). Kamogelo Maputla is also a Court Annexed Mediator through the Association of Arbitrators.⁴
Prior to joining the Bar Kamogelo Maputla worked at the Competition Commission of South Africa where he has been instrumental in the finalization of many landmark cases⁵,
