Kamogelo Maputla is a polymath in private practice who possesses an LLB Degree from the University of Limpopo. His practice of law includes amongst other alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms (i.e. Negotiation, Mediation & Arbitration), Aviation Law, Administrative & Constitutional Law1, Corporate and Commercial Law, Competition Law2, International Law, Immigration & Refugee Law, Insolvency & Liquidations, Labour Law, Municipal & Regulatory Law, Military Law and Property Law3.
Kamogelo Maputla is an admitted Advocate of the High Courts of South Africa and an Accredited International Mediator where he obtained this qualification through the Society of Mediators 218 Strand: London). Kamogelo Maputla is also a Court Annexed Mediator through the Association of Arbitrators.4
Prior to joining the Bar Kamogelo Maputla worked at the Competition Commission of South Africa where he has been instrumental in the finalization of many landmark cases5,
