Biography

Faith is an experienced and innovative lawyer, who is a proficient public speaker with a proven track record for obtaining favourable outcomes for clients in all legal matters. She is adept in preparing for trials, conducting extensive legal research, drafting legal documents and presenting legal arguments in court. She holds a LLB degree from the University of the Western Cape and has completed her Practical Legal Training with the Law Society, obtaining three outstanding performance awards in: Labour Dispute Resolution, Wills, Estates and Trusts, and Legal Costs. She was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court in March 2016 and served as a pupil at the Cape Bar Society of Advocates. She passed her National Bar Exams and became a member of the Cape Bar for 3 years prior to joining the Tshwane Society of Advocates. Her practice areas and areas of interest include: Public law, Refugee Law, Commercial Law, Civil Law, Motion Court, Contracts, Sale and Lease, Labour Law, Human Rights and Constitutional Law.
