Biography

Kamogelo holds a LLB degree from the University of Limpopo. Prior to answering his call to the Bar at Johannesburg Society of Advocates, he worked as a Graduate trainee and was later promoted to Legal Counsel at Competition Commission of South Africa for 3 years, specialising in all aspects of the Competition Act in the following economic priority sectors: Food and Agro processing, Networks and Telecommunications, Medical and Pharmaceuticals and Construction. His practice areas include all areas of Competition Law, Municipal and Regulatory Law, Immigration and Refugee Law, Bank Foreclosures, Tort Law and General Commercial Litigation. His preferred areas of practice are Public Interest Law.
