Biography

Moses was called to the Bar and was admitted as practicing advocate on 11 December 1997 and was appointed as Senior Counsel in December 2011. He has been briefed in various matters which required mediation, the interpretation of contracts, breach of contract, labour matters in the labour court and constitutional court for state departments, Transnet and other SOE’s. He has also been acting as a Judge, where he presided on complex contractual disputes and appeared at AFSA on behalf of clients in contractual disputes reffered for Arbitration.
