Biography

Nomonde Nyembe joined the Johannesburg Bar in December 2018. Prior to joining the Bar she was an attorney at a public interest law centre, a policy development associate at a gender equality NGO and a law clerk at the Constitutional Court. Nyembe completed her articles of clerkship at a corporate law firm. Nyembe is a general litigator with experience and interest in administrative law, commercial law, competition law, constitutional law, human rights law, intellectual property law, labour law and regulatory law.
