Biography

Themba is a senior counsel and holds a BA (law) degree from the University of Durban Westville and an LLB degree from the University of Pretoria. He was admitted as an advocate in 1996 and became a member of the Pretoria Society of Advocates until he joined the Tshwane Society of Advocates in October 2021. He attained senior status in 2014. He has maintained an active and dynamic practice in Labour, Contract, Administrative and Constitutional Law for nearly 30 years at various fora including the Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court, High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court. He also regularly acts as a Judge in the High Court and the Labour Court since 2014.
